How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of shop2fight (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of shop2fight.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Пришло даже раньше чем обещали. Запах резины средний, надеюсь пройдёт. Минус в сумке заказала, чтобы было в чем носить, а она с дырочками где сетка и по размеру меньше, не закрывается сверху. Пробковое покрытие хорошее. И стоит на 1000 дешевле чем в валберис.
Пришло очень быстро. Упаковано на отлично. Всё тип топ. Можно брать.
Заказ пришел очень быстро. 2 недели до Калининграда. Коврик качественный за эту цену. Посмотрим по дальнейшей эксплуатации. Сначала немного был запах, но пару дней на балконе и все. Продавцу 5 баллов. рекомендую!
De momento todo perfecto, el mat es súper cómodo, y llegó súper rápido, el vendedor fue muy amable todo el tiempo. Lo único que le salieron "algunas arruguillas" que espero que se quiten, el cierre de la funda llegó roto, supongo que del viaje, pero vamos, es algo que se puede sustituir. En general perfecto, vendedor 100 por 100 recomendable. Muchas Gracias!

Классный коврик, приятный на ощупь, не скользит. Немного загинается с внутренней части, но для меня это не проблема, думаю со временем сам распрямится, с мешком очень удобно хранить, занимает меньше места и не раскручивается

Отличный коврик для йоги
Коврик соответствует описанию, отличный, не скользит ни относительно пола, ни руки не скользят на нём. Вначале был сильный запах, аж подташнивало заниматься на нём, выставила на несколько дней на балкон, всё выветрилось.

Tapis conforme à la description, très agréable au toucher et épais. Le liège n'est pas uniforme avec des bandes plus foncées ou plus claires mais c'est léger. Et c'est une matière naturelle donc normal. Emballé dans du plastique seulement et mériterait un carton car produit fragile. Livré depuis l'Espagne vers la France en délai prévu.

First impression is really good. Nice soft material and the print is exactly as described. It has a few dents because of the shipping, but I'm sure that they'll dissappear over time. Shipping from Spain to the Netherlands took less than a week.
La esterilla no pude abrirla porque me llegó con un corte bastante grande y la tuve que devolver. Abrí disputa y solicité el reembolso del dinero debido a que me llegó dañada. Devolución gratuita y el dinero me lo ingresaron unos 4 días después de resolver la disputa. La esterilla tiene buena pinta y el vendedor estuvo muy atento y rápido en las respuestas. El envío desde Plaza fue rapidísimo (unos 4 días). Lástima que me llegase con un corte y tuviese que devolverla.

Esta genial el mat, se le nota de buena calidad y el dibujo está perfecto, por ponerle una pega es que huele un poco mal pero se soluciona con unos dias aireandolo, la bolsa que viene para guardarlo es bastante mala no aconsejo pedirla.

Súper bonita, no te resbalas y es ideal para hacer yoga. la única pega es que tiene un olor muy fuerte, recomiendo airear un poco antes de su uso . Por lo demás la esterilla está muy bien. El pedido tardo 3 días desde que lo pedí .
Он очень лёгкий, имейте ввиду! резиновое покрытие снизу не та тяжёлая, "холодная" резина, которая моментально раскатывается по полу и не двигается с места, а лёгкий "теплый" аналог. Поэтому после разворачивания коврик практичеснне становится плоским, всегда остаются полусвернутые концы с двух сторон. Пробковое покрытие на вид хорошее. Был небольшой запах резины
Коврик не плохой. Но пахнет сильно и доставка 2 месяца. Ещё привезли на другой адрес, потом обратно в сортировку и вот он у меня. доставка долгая была. Сам коврик классный вроде, но воняет, надеюсь выветрится.

товар пришёл в хорошем состоянии, без царапин, как я и просила. слегка пахнет резиной, но этот запах приятный и не стоит из-за этого беспокоиться. единственное что... я боюсь, руки и ноги всё-таки будут скользить, но пока не проверяла. доставка в принципе не долгая, месяц прошёл.
Заказ сделала 5.04 забрала 28.05,почти 2 месяца до Московской области.Но,оно того стоило.Коврик максимально удобный,не скользит и очень приятная поверхность.Рисунок четкий,чехол прочный и веревочка для удобства.За такие деньги очень достойный товар.Запах исчез за сутки на балконе.
